We're considering breeding of Texas Longhorn Cattle in Norway. This cattle breed is unique, incredible calm and reliant, intelligent and easy to handle. The breed doesen't exist in Norway as per today, but as Texas Longhorn do well in all kinds of climate, it should'n be a problem to breed tis cattle here. With a view to commersial beef production, the Texas Longhorn is perfect for the purpose; the meat is low fat and contains very little colestrol, as a matter of fact meat form Texas Longhorn Cattle contains less fat tha white meat like chicken or pork. The calfs are relatively small at birth, which gives easy birthts and less stressed mothers (99,7% of the births takes place without any forms for help). In addition, Texas Longhorn Cattle is THE symbol on "The Wild West", and may therefor be used as "decoration" and tourist attraction in environments with emphasis on the western culture. Texas Longhorn is worth money even after it has outlived it's usefulness as a beef producer. Top dollars are paid for the horns, skulls and mounts that are used in the popular Southwestern decor of businesses and homes. Could you be interested in this breed, as a buyer or as an investor?
